Order Support

  • Order Status: Log in to your account to track your order in real time.
  • Shipping Questions: We offer free standard shipping on orders over $50 within the US. Most orders ship within 1-3 business days.
  • Order Changes: Need to modify a pending order? Contact us ASAP — once an order enters processing, changes may not be possible.

Returns & Warranty

  • 30-Day Returns: Unused items in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • 1-Year Warranty: All FeroGear products are covered against manufacturing defects.

FAQ

How do I track my order?

Log in to your account and navigate to “Orders.” You’ll find tracking information for each shipped order. You’ll also receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order hasn’t been processed yet, we may be able to make changes or cancel it. Email us at orders@ferogear.com with your order number as soon as possible.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within the United States. We’re working on expanding to additional countries — stay tuned!

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), debit cards, and other payment methods available at checkout.

How do I initiate a return?

Email us at orders@ferogear.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll send you a Return Authorization and instructions within 1-2 business days. See our full Returns Policy for details.

My item arrived damaged. What should I do?

Contact us within 7 days of delivery at orders@ferogear.com with photos of the damage and your order number. We’ll arrange a prepaid return and send a replacement or full refund.
